No, we are using a self-check-in system in our accommodation. After you book a room you’ll be instructed how to get to your room in a fast and secure way. You can contact us by e-mail, phone or Whatsapp message.

How does the self-check-in procedure work?

We will send you the procedure in a pdf document 24h in advance. If you don’t receive this, please contact us before your arrival.

When do I need to pay for the accommodation?

Because we are a self-check-in accommodation without reception, all reservations must be paid before check-in unless agreed otherwise.

 Can I get a discount for long term stay?

 Do you offer a shuttle service?

We don’t have a shuttle service. You can use the public transport or taxi. We have an agreement with Unitax (+32 2 725 25 25) for a fix rate of 15,00 EUR. This is only valid for transportation from the accommodation in Zaventem to the airport and not the opposite.

 What time can I check-in? By what time must I check-out?

You can check-in starting from 15:00. Check-out before 11:00.

All the room included linens, towels, hygienic paper and smart TV with HD channels.

How to arrive from Zaventem airport to our accommodation?

Directly from Brussels Airport, you can take the bus De Lijn number 621, 471 or 659, and stop at busstop Zaventem Maalbeekweg. The accommodation is 350m away by foot. Walk the street Maalbeekweg (in front of the busstop) and turn right at the end of the street. Straight ahead you will see the accommodation on a corner of a building.

Where can I leave my car? 

Our accommodation in Zaventem doesn´t have a parking lot, but there are several private parking’s close to the accommodation.

Are there luggage lockers?

We don’t offer this service, but you will find luggage lockers at Zaventem Airport.

Do you offer breakfast?

No but we offer other services.
In Zaventem the rooms are equipped with a small equipped kitchen. The guests can also use the coffee machine in the common area. We also have a vending machine with snacks and drinks.

Do you offer laundry service?

For long term guests we offer this service. You can also find a laundry service on the address: Stationsstraat 52, 1930 Zaventem, 5 minutes by foot.

Do you have air conditioning in the rooms?

No we only have a ventilation system and heating in the rooms.

Where can I leave my car? 

Our accommodation in Leuven has 2 parking spaces. We kindly request to make a reservation in advance. We will then send you the details.

How to arrive from Leuven station to our accommodation?

The train station is 350m by foot away from our accommodation.
